These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Rytual website at rytual.in (the “Site”) and related marketing experiences. Use of the Rytual cloud application (“App”) is additionally governed by your organisation’s subscription agreement, order form, or end-user terms presented at login.
1. Who we are
References to “Rytual”, “we”, and “us” refer to the operator of the Site and the App as identified in your commercial agreement or invoice.
2. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Site or App: no unlawful activity, no interference with security or availability, no automated scraping that harms performance, no attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems or data, and no introduction of malware.
3. Intellectual property
The Site, App, branding, and related materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Except for rights expressly granted to you in writing, no rights are transferred to you.
4. Demo requests and communications
Information submitted through “Book a Demo” or similar forms must be accurate to the best of your knowledge. You agree that we may contact you using the details provided for legitimate business purposes related to your enquiry.
5. Third-party links
The Site may link to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
6. Disclaimer
The Site is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties not expressly stated here, subject to mandatory consumer rights in your jurisdiction.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Rytual is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill, except where such limitation is not enforceable.
8. Indemnity
You will defend and indemnify Rytual against third-party claims arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site, where permitted by law.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. We will post the updated date on this page. Continued use of the Site after changes may constitute acceptance where allowed by law.
10. Governing law
Unless a separate agreement specifies otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws applicable in India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and courts at Bengaluru, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory provisions for consumers.
