Privacy Policy
Last updated: 4 April 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how Rytual (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, and protects information when you use our website at rytual.in and our cloud software offered at app.rytual.in (together, the “Services”). By using the Services, you agree to this policy.
1. Information we collect
Website visitors. We may collect technical data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, and approximate location derived from IP, using standard server logs and privacy-friendly analytics where enabled.
Demo and contact requests. When you submit a “Book a Demo” or similar form, we collect the details you provide (for example name, phone number, email address, company name, and preferred call time). We do not use these forms to display internal routing or notification addresses publicly.
Customers and authorised users. When your organisation uses Rytual software, we process account, store, and operational data as described in your agreement with us and as configured by your organisation’s administrators.
2. How we use information
We use information to operate and improve the Services, respond to enquiries, provide support, secure our systems, comply with law, and communicate with you about Rytual where permitted.
3. Legal bases (where applicable)
Depending on jurisdiction, we rely on consent, contract performance, legitimate interests (such as securing our Services and understanding aggregate usage), or legal obligation.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with service providers who assist us (for example hosting, email delivery) under confidentiality and data-processing terms, or when required by law or to protect rights and safety.
5. Retention
We retain information only as long as needed for the purposes above, unless a longer period is required by law. Demo enquiries may be retained in our systems for follow-up and analytics in aggregated form.
6. Security
We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect information. No method of transmission over the Internet is completely secure.
7. Your rights
Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or object to certain processing of your personal data. Contact us using the details on our Contact page to make a request.
8. International transfers
Our infrastructure or subprocessors may be located outside your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for cross-border transfers.
9. Children
The Services are not directed at children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.
10. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date above will change, and continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
11. Contact
For privacy-related questions, please use the contact options on our Contact page.
